Where are B&B or, if you like more, Broekhuizen & Broekhuizenvorst?

In the south of the Netherlands two small villages are found: Broekhuizen and Broekhuizenvorst, together forming the Municipality of Broekhuizen. They are situated on the river Maas approximately fifty miles north of Maastricht.


On 1 January 2000, the municipality merged with the neighbouring municipalities of Grubbenvorst and Horst into a new municipality called
'Horst aan de Maas'.
